The idea of being in the mindset of doing things consciously, can be overwhelming, as, at every stage, you need to make quite a lot of adjustments with your own self to move towards it. That is absolutely true in the sense of starting your mindfulness journey. Well, nothing is that easy but, it’s not that difficult too!
At first, let’s tap into the meaning of mindfulness based living. When you say that, I have a set schedule of a day which is helping me in growing or evolving every time, is what is called as mindful living. It’s true to the fact that, it can be different for every living being. For example, for me living mindfully means, to be aligned with the work I am doing. Trust me, I mean it, when I am saying that, the most general law of nature is something which needs to be followed before you create your own mindful schedule.
The basics of the universe or the nature which has created us, is all we need to follow to go into the auto zone of moving mindfully every time. You are actually getting it all right! I am pointing towards the “time”. The time which is constantly changing and has a pattern of change too! Correct me please if I am wrong, but, I have understood this from the journey of mindfulness, that the pattern of time is day and night, and that is changing at its speed.
The start and end of your day can be aligned with the nature of time and there you go. That’s the first and the foremost step. It’s nothing which is unachievable for any reason. The world itself is an example of this. Being an early riser can solve most of your problems, if you make the best of your morning time. Again, it’s the importance of time!
When you keep a balance of your natural self with the nature itself, the pattern gets created. Just like the pattern of day and night. Now, comes the next part of it. Creating the change in between the pattern to move consciously, just like, the time that changes every second. Whoa! you get to do so many things here. Your daily tasks, some basic ones which you can definitely cover in the morning time to make your morning productive and then the whole day the tasks which needs to be done for survival.
Now, here is the tip, “Just make sure that the start is good, so that, the rest of the day should fall into place“.
I can share my experience with this, as this has certainly benefited me in achieving my alignment with the universe. Just like everybody else, I am also a practicing soul, but can say that to some extent, I have made it possible for myself to understand the channel of the guiding force. I took challenges to create a pattern of the body. Yes, I achieved few but failed in maximum. But trust me, just in the few times when it’s successfully completed, I got aligned! And in other times I got to know where I lack. At present with the awareness and clarity of this picture, the rest of my self motivational journey is getting better.
